member of BSE, suspended
Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 12, 2007, suspending the certification of registration of M/s. Jhunjhunwala Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) for a period of one year, in the matter of M/s. Tata Finance Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
