Order against M/s. Vidyut Devendrakumar for its dealings in the shares of M/s. Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited
Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, passed an order dated February 02, 2007 against M/s. Vidyut Devendrakumar, member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) for its dealings in the shares of M/s. Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited, imposing a penalty of suspension of the Certificate of Registration of the broker for a period of one month. The order shall come into effect on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
