Shri G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 24, 2007 against M/s. Vidyut Investments Limited in the matter of M/s. Aftek Infosys Limited, M/s. Global Trust Bank Limited and M/s. Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited directing it not to buy, sell or deal in securities for a period of two years, excepting for the shares pledged with it in its capacity as Non Banking Finance Company (other than the shares pledged by Shri Ketan Parekh and his entities) till the date of this order.
