Order against M/s. Pentamedia Graphics Ltd.

Shri G. Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed final order on December 22, 2006 against Pentamedia Graphics Ltd., and its Directors, Vijay Advertising Private Ltd., and its Directors, Mayajaal Entertainment Ltd., and its Directors, Jay Financial Services P Ltd., and its Directors, Sri Hari, Advisor, Jay Financial Services P. Ltd., Shri S.Chandrasekaran (Former CFO Pentamedia Graphics Ltd., and also Director of Mayajaal Entertainment Ltd.), Shri Gaverchand Jain (Director, Malu Financial Securities Ltd.) prohibiting them from accessing capital market or dealing in securities, in any manner, directly or indirectly, for a period of 24 months. It has also been directed that for the purpose of reckoning the same, the period of prohibition already undergone vide ex-parte ad interim order dated 27.05.2005 and the post-decisional Order dated 03.10.2005 shall be taken into account. It has been further directed that the directions as mentioned above will not apply to Pentamedia Graphics Ltd., and Mayajaal Entertainment Ltd., in so far as the implementation of the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation, Arrangement and Compromise approved by the Hon�ble High Court of Chennai.
