Order against M/s Lyons Range Share Broking Pvt. Ltd.
Certificate of registration of M/s Lyons Range Share Broking Pvt. Ltd., Member - Calcutta Stock Exchange (Regn. No. INB 030756937) has been suspended for a period of one month. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 relating to spot transactions, provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 and also SEBI circulars while dealing in the shares of Ankit Prachi Trading and Investments Ltd.
The order has been passed by Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI on October 16, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
