Registration of M/s. Vinod Kumar & Co., Member of UPSE, suspended Shri V. K. Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 6, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Vinod Kumar & Co. (SEBI Reg. No. INB100694710), member of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Association Ltd. (UPSE) for a period of fifteen days with effect from September 27, 2006.
M/s. Vinod Kumar & Co. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from September 27, 2006 to October 11, 2006.
