Order in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order on August 31, 2006 suspending certificate of registration of M/s. Sakruthi Finvest Pvt. Ltd., Member, Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd. (BgSE), SEBI Registration No. INB 081009439 for a period of fifteen days in the matter of M/s. Home Trade Ltd.
The penalty is imposed for irregularities in complying with the Know Your Client norms, not maintaining counterfoils of the contract notes and did not act in good faith and without negligence while executing large number of transactions on behalf of its clients in the scrip of M/s. Home Trade Ltd. The certificate of registration of M/s. Sakruthi Finvest Pvt. Ltd., Member of BgSE will be suspended from September 21, 2006 till October 05, 2006.
