Dr. T.C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 08, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Vivenasri Financial Services Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB061156031), member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange for a period of five (5) years with effect from September 15, 2003.
M/s. Vivenasri Financial Services Ltd. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from September 15, 2003 to September 14, 2008.
