Registration of M/s. N.K.Tiwary, Member of CSE, suspended
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated May 22, 2006, suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. N K Tiwary (SEBI Reg. No. INB030879612), member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of one month with effect from June 12, 2006. The penalty is imposed for contract notes were not signed, off the floor transactions, dealing with unregistered sub- brokers etc.
M/s. N K Tiwary, will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from June 12, 2006 to July 11, 2006.
