Registration of Archna Khandelwal, Member of CSE, suspended
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated May 11, 2006 suspending the certificate of registration granted to Archna Khandelwal, (SEBI Registration No. INB030033510), Member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of 3 (three) months with effect from June 01, 2006.
The order has been passed by SEBI against Archna Khandelwal for non-maintenance of order book, non-execution of client registration forms, non-segregation of client�s and own funds, dealing as a unregistered sub-broker, non-collection of margins from clients, indulging in off the floor transactions etc.
Archna Khandelwal, member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from June 01, 2006 till August 31, 2006.
