Registration of M/s. Bagla & Co., Member, CSE, suspended
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order datedApril 28, 2006 suspending the certificate of registration granted to M/s. Bagla & Co., (SEBI Registration No. INB030448622), member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange for a period of 2 (two) years with effect from May 19, 2006.
The order has been passed by the Whole Time Member, SEBI against M/s. Bagla & Co. for non-furnishing of books of accounts, records and other documents for inspection.
M/s. Bagla & Co., member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 19, 2006 tillMay 18, 2008.
