The certificate of registration of M/s. Bipin R. Vora, Member � Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), Mumbai (SEBI Registration No. INB 01004416) has been suspended for a period of four months. The broker has been found guilty of violation of code of conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992, while dealing in the shares of M/s. Malvica Engineering Ltd.
The order has been passed by Dr. T C Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI on March 22, 2006. The order shall come into effect after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
