Order against Shri V K Gupta Shri V K Gupta has been prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner, directly or indirectly for a period of one year for violation of the provisions of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 1995 read with relevant provisions of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003 for their trading in the scrip of Vatsa World Ltd.
The order has been passed on February 02, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
