Order against Consortex Karl Doelitzsch (I) Ltd. and Shri V.P. Rao Consortex Karl Doelitzsch (I) Ltd. has been restrained from accessing the securities market and Shri V P Rao has been restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner for a period of one year for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 1995 and SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 1992. The order has been on February 07, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
