Registration of Dundee Mutual Fund, cancelled
On a request made by Dundee Mutual Fund, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its order dated February 02, 2006 has cancelled the certificate of registration of Dundee Mutual Fund and has also withdrawn the approval granted to Dundee Investment Management and Research Pvt. Ltd. to act as the Asset Management Company.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI.
Consequently, with immediate effect, the Dundee Mutual Fund, the Board of Trustees of Dundee Mutual Fund and the Dundee Investment Management and Research Pvt. Ltd. cannot carry out any activity as a mutual fund, trustees or asset management company as the case may be, in accordance with the regulations.
