The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 while dealing in the shares of M/s. Kwality Dairy (India) Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on February 01, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
