SEBI censures M/s. Mangla Capital Services Pvt. Ltd.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated January 31, 2006 has imposed a minor penalty of Censure on M/s. Mangla Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., Member, National Stock Exchange for its dealings in the scrip of M/s. Cyberspace Ltd.
The order was passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI.
