The sub-broker has been found guilty of violation of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 1995 and code of conduct as specified in SEBI(Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992, while dealing in the shares of Malvica Engineering Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 25, 2006. The order shall come into effect after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
