Certificate of registration of M/s. Bipin Vora, suspended for four months
The certificate of registration of M/s. Bipin Vora, Member � BSE (SEBI Registration No. INB 01004416) has been suspended for a period of four months. The broker has been found guilty of violation of code of conduct as specified in SEBI(Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992, while dealing in the shares of Malvica Engineering Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 25, 2006. The order shall come into effect after the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
