Order against Shri Tushar Jhaveri
Shri Tushar Jhaveri has been restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities in any manner and also from associating with any corporate body in accessing the securities market for a period of one year. Shri Jhaveri has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992, SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to the securities market) Regulations, 1995 read with corresponding provisions of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003, while dealing in the shares of Enrich Industries Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 25, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
