Certificate of registration of Galaxy Broking Ltd., Member � BSE (Regn. No. INB 010882739) has been suspended for a period of three months. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992, SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to the securities market) Regulations, 1995 read with corresponding provisions of SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations, 2003, SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Rules, 1992, provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 and also SEBI circulars, while dealing in the shares of Enrich Industries Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 25, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order. The order shall run concurrently with the order dated January 24, 2006 passed by SEBI earlier.
