Shri J. H. Shah and Smt Nayana J. Shah

M/s. Vision Organics Ltd. and its Promoters / Directors Shri J. H. Shah and Smt. Nayana J. Shah have been debarred from accessing the securities market for a period of three years for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 1995. 

The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 24, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
