Order against Shri Urvish R Vora and Smt. Pallavi Vora
Shri Urvish R Voraand Smt. Pallavi Vora have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of three months for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 24, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
