Orders against Ivory Securities Ltd. and Dinils Adhesives Pvt. Ltd.
Ivory Securities Ltd. and Dinils Adhesives Pvt. Ltd. have been restrained from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of six months for violations of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003. These orders have been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 12, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
