Order against M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal
Certificate of registration of M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal, Member � BSE (Regn. No. INB 010018813) has been suspended for a period of four months. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003, provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 and also SEBI circulars, while dealing in the shares of V.B. Desai Financial Services Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 6, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
