Order against M/s. H.R. Investment Ltd.

Certificate of registration of M/s. H.R. Investment Ltd., sub broker of Naman Securities & Finance Ltd., Member � BSE (Regn. No. INB 010301310-08082) has been suspended for a period of 30 days. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI ( Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade practices Relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003 and provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992 while dealing in the shares of V.B. Desai Financial Services Ltd. 
 
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on December 30, 2005 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
