Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated December 27, 2005, warning M/s. Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No.INB010727734), Member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., Mumbai.

The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI, against M/s. Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Ltd. for irregularities in the issuance of contract notes that do not have pre-printed serial numbers and the numbering was not done on annual basis as is required.
