Registration of M/s. S.N.Surekha & Co.,
member of Calcutta Stock Exchange, suspended

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. S. N. Surekha & Co. (SEBI Registration No. INB030605019) member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange for a period of 1 (One) month with effect from January 11, 2006. The penalty is imposed for non-segregation of client�s funds and own funds, dealing in unlisted securities and issuing contract notes in form �A�, executing off the floor transactions etc.

M/s. S. N. Surekha & Co., member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from January 11, 2006 till February 10, 2006.
