Order against Smt. Pallavi Urvish Vora and Shri Urvish Vora

Smt. Pallavi Urvish Vora and Shri Urvish Vora have been directed to be careful and to desist from undertaking transactions in future, which are in violation of provisions of Clauses (a), (b) & (c) of Regulation 4 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 1995, as carried out by them in the scrip of M/s. Dynacons Systems and Solutions Limited.

The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on December 16, 2005.
