Penalty of Censure on M/s. Chirag Investment (Prop.: Shri Dhirendra Liladhar Raja), in the matter of Home Trade Ltd.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated October 24, 2005, in the matter of Home Trade Ltd., has imposed a minor penalty of �censure� on M/s. Chirag Investment (Proprietor : Shri Dhirendra Liladhar Raja), SEBI Reg. No. INB 110955511, member Pune Stock Exchange (PSE). The penalty is imposed in the case of Home Trade Ltd.
