in the matter of M/s. Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated February 18, 2005, in the matter of Larsen & Toubro Ltd., has censured merchant banker M/s. J. M. Morgan Stanley Private Limited, SEBI Reg. No. INM 000010361 for not making proper disclosures relating to the objects of the public announcement to acquire shares of Larsen & Toubro Limited.
