M/s. Cholamandalam Securities Ltd., member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) has been suspended for a period of two months. The order was passed by SEBI on January 27, 2005. This order shall come into force with effect from February 17, 2005.
 
M/s. Cholamandalam Securities Ltd., violated the provisions of SEBI (Stock Broker) Regulations 1992.
