Prohibition of M/s. Biyani Securities Pvt. Ltd., its Directors and 

Shri Harish Biyani from accessing securities market in the matter of 

M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd.

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide order dated January 27, 2005, in the matter of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd., has prohibited M/s. Biyani Securities Pvt. Ltd., its Directors and Shri Harish Biyani, former members of Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market for a period of five years. The penalty is imposed for creation of artificial market in the shares of M/s. DSQ Industries Ltd. 
 
M/s. Biyani Securities Pvt. Ltd., its Directors and Shri Harish Biyani, former members of CSE will not be entitled to access the securities market and deal in securities with effect from January 27, 2005 till January 26, 2010.
