Registration of Shri Surendra Rasiklal Shah, suspended

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated December 28, 2004 suspending the certificate of registration granted to Shri Surendra Rasiklal Shah, (SEBI Registration No. INB110250614), member of the Pune Stock Exchange for a period of 10 (ten) days with effect from January 18, 2005. The certificate of registration granted to Shri Surendra Rasiklal Shah as a sub-broker of BSE and NSE, affiliated to the subsidiary of PSE i.e. PSE Securities Ltd. by virtue of its primary membership with PSE has also been suspended for the corresponding period.
 
The order has been passed by SEBI against Shri Surendra Rasiklal Shah for non maintenance of margin deposit book, deficiencies in maintenance of client database, off the floor transactions etc.
 
Shri Surendra Rasiklal Shah will not be entitled to carry on the business as a stock broker as also a sub-broker with effect from January 18, 2005 till January 27, 2005.
