Charges against Union Bank of India 

in the case of M/s. Vikas WSP Ltd., disposed off

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order on November 01, 2004, under regulation 13(2) of the SEBI ( Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002, against Union Bank of India, the Merchant Banker to the Issue, in the case of M/s. Vikas WSP Ltd. disposing off the matter as the facts and circumstances of the case do not merit imposition of any penalty.
