Order against Mathran Securities Ltd, Member, NSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated October 08, 2004, imposing a penalty of censure upon Mathran Securities Ltd. (SEBI Reg. No. INB230707934) member of the National Stock Exchange. 
 
SEBI has passed this order against Mathran Securities Ltd. for non-maintenance of order book, improper maintenance of client registration forms, not collecting margin from the clients etc.
