Registration of M/s. Amgis Holdings Pvt. Ltd., suspended

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s. Amgis Holdings Pvt. Ltd. for a period of four months. The order was passed by Shri A.K. Batra, Whole Time Member, on September 21, 2004 and shall come into force on expiry of three weeks from the date of the order. 
 
SEBI had conducted investigations into the alleged price manipulation in the scrip of M/s. Vakrangee Softwares Ltd. Pursuant to investigations, enquiry was conducted against M/s. Amgis Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
