M/s. Manorath Investments Ltd. and M/s. Aaditya Luxury Hotels Ltd., debarred

Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member, SEBI vide orders dated August 31, 2004 has prohibited M/s. Manorath Investments Ltd. and M/s. Aaditya Luxury Hotels Ltd. from accessing the capital market in any manner whatsoever and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, for a period of five years. These orders shall come into force from the date of order.
 
SEBI had conducted investigations into the dealings in the scrip of M/s. Vatsa Music Ltd. Pursuant to investigations, SEBI after considering the facts, found M/s. Manorath Investments Ltd. and M/s. Aaditya Luxury Hotels Ltd. guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI regulations.
