Warning issued to Anantrai A Parekh & Sons, Member of BSE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an Order dated September 16, 2004, warning Anantrai A Parekh & Sons, Member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai. 
 
The Order has been passed by Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member, SEBI against Anantrai A Parekh & Sons, for not exercising due care and diligence in the conduct of their business while dealing in the scrip of M/s. Eonour Software Ltd.
