Ms. Ashadevi Beriwala, Ms. Aditi Dalal and M/s. Harbinger Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. debarred from accessing capital market for six months

Ms. Ashadevi Beriwala, Ms. Aditi Dalal and M/s. Harbinger Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. have been debarred from accessing the capital market and dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever for a period of six months under sections 11(4) and 11B read with Section 19 of the SEBI Act and Regulation 11 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003. The orders were passed by Shri T M Nagarajan, Whole Time Member, on August 31, 2004.
 
These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
