The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order warning M/s. Mangal Keshav Share & Stock Brokers Ltd., Member of The Stock Exchange, Mumbai. 
 
The Order has been passed by Shri A.K.Batra, Whole Time Member, on August 31, 2004 against M/s. Mangal Keshav Share & Stock Brokers Ltd. for not exercising due care and diligence in the conduct of their business.
