M/s.SPML India Ltd. prohibited from accessing the 

securities market and dealing in securities

M/s. SPML India Limited has been prohibited from accessing the securities market and dealing in securities, for a period of two years with immediate effect. The order was passed by Shri A K Batra, Whole Time Member, on August 18, 2004 under Regulation 11 of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market), Regulations, 2003 read with Section 11B of the SEBI Act, 1992, for irregularities in the rights issue of M/s.Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd. (SPML) and price manipulation in the scrip. The order has come into force with immediate effect.
