Shri Mukesh Choksi debarred from accessing capital market

for three months

Shri Mukesh Choksi is prohibited, from associating with any corporate body in accessing the capital market and also, from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of three months.
 
The order was passed by Shri A K Batra, Whole Time Member on July 21, 2004.
 
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
