Registration of two brokers of BSE, suspended

The certificates of registration of M/s. M.J. Patel Share & Stock Brokers Ltd. and M/s. JRM Share & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Members, BSE have been suspended for a period of five months each in the matter of M/s.Magic Trading and Agencies Ltd. The orders passed by Shri T.M. Nagarajan, Whole Time Member, SEBI on July 19, 2004, will come into force with effect from 21 days from the date of the orders.
 
The Registrations have been suspended in terms of Section 19 of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulations 13(4) and 13(6) of SEBI( Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
