Certificate of registration of M/s.Home Trade Ltd. cancelled

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated June 30, 2004, cancelling the certificate of registration of M/s. Home Trade Ltd. in respect of its NSE and BSE memberships (SEBI Registration Nos. INB230624638 and INB010624639) with immediate effect: 
 
The aforesaid stock broker was declared defaulter by the respective Stock Exchanges and ceased to be members of the Exchanges, thereby failing to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as stock broker with SEBI. 
 
The registrations have been cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (5) of Regulation 16 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations, 2002.
