SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF M/S. SINDHU CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED, CATEGORY-I REGISTRAR TO AN ISSUE AND SHARE TRANSFER AGENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated June 18, 2004 suspending the certificate of registration granted to M/s. Sindhu Corporate Services Limited, Category-I registrar to an issue and share transfer agent (INR000001732) for a period of three months with effect from July 10, 2004. 
 
The order has been passed by the Chairman, SEBI against M/s. Sindhu Corporate Services Limited for irregularities in the public issue of M/s Sankhya Infotech Limited.
 
M/s.Sindhu Corporate Services Limited will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent with effect from July 10, 2004 to October 09, 2004.
