Warning issued to M/s. Bama Securities Ltd., Member of National Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated June 04, 2004, warning M/s. Bama Securities Ltd. (SEBI Reg.No.INB230939139) member of the National Stock Exchange. 
 
The order has been passed by the Chairman, SEBI against M/s. Bama Securities Ltd. for irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, non-maintenance of client registration forms etc.
