Warning issued to M/s. Bakliwal Investment, Member of National Stock Exchange

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated May 18, 2004, warning M/s. Bakliwal Investment (SEBI Reg. No. INB230922920) member of the National Stock Exchange for irregularities in maintenance of books of accounts, irregularities in issuance of Contract Notes, delay in payment of consolidated stamp duty, misuse of client accounts by adjusting inter client balances, non-segregation of accounts, non-collection of margins etc.
