Order against M/s. Sidh Global Equity Fund Ltd.

Whole Time Member, SEBI, Shri A K Batra has passed an Order no. MO/3/IVD/04/04 dated 23^rd April, 2004 against Sidh Global Equity Fund Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Baroda Agro Industries Ltd. Vide the aforesaid Order, the Member has, in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 19 read with Section 11 and 11B of SEBI Act, 1992, directed that Sidh Global Equity Fund Ltd. be debarred from dealing in securities or associating with any of the activities in the capital market for a period of three years with immediate effect.
