SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF ASHOK MAKKER, MEMBER OF LUDHIANA STOCK EXCHANGE.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of Ashok Makker (SEBI Registration No. INB120593218), member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange for a period of four (4) months with effect from April 14, 2004. The penalty is imposed for failure to redress investor complaints and non-cooperation with the inspection ordered by SEBI etc.


Ashok Makker member of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from April 14, 2004 till August 13, 2004.
